Aromas of blackberry, cassis and toast lead to richly-layered flavors of mocha and dark fruits, ending exquisitely with a long, silky tannin finish.
Tuesday Cellars started with the 2007 vintage with Red No.11 blend as a special request for a restaurant group in Seattle. They wanted a great tasting wine at a price that everyone could afford. Thus Tuesday Cellars was born. Having tasted many wines from the Northwest in the $10 to $20 range, I realized that, nationally, we need wines that show the true distinction and typicity of what we can make here in the Northwest. Tuesday Cellars is designed to be that wine. Year in and year out, though the blend may change, the resulting wine will always be of the highest quality at an everyday drinking price.
